The Nuts and Bolts
The company we represent, XanGo, has a real easy COMPENSATION PLAN. We will break it down here into very digestible, bite-size chunks so you’ll not only understand it but so that you might not get too bored.
But first, the Golden Rule of all compensation plans in network marketing:
People + Volume = Success
In other words, in order to get paid in any network marketing compensation plan, you need two things: 1) people you sign up yourself ("sponsor," "recruit") , and 2) dollar volume of product bought by your entire group. Simple idea, but not always easy. People often get the requisite sign-ups but just can't get enough group dollar volume. So they fizzle out and die!
This is where No Brainer Networking enters the scene to help you out. With a revolutionary downline structuring model called STREAMLINING, you get your people and we help fill in the volume you need to stay qualified to get those checks. Because streamlining gives you "free" group volume which you might not otherwise attain on your own, it helps push you forward in your progress from one level to another. Please read on to understand how XanGo’s compensation plan and this unique streamlining model combine to help make YOU a success.
XanGo's Compensation Plan
There are three main things you need to learn and memorize about this plan:
First, the "ADP"
There are various ranks or levels you will achieve as your business grows, but no matter what level you attain, in order to qualify to receive your commission check each month you must have at least a $100 "ADP" in place. "ADP" stands for "Automatic Delivery Program" and means you will purchase at least $100 of the company's juice or other nutritional health products per month as a standing order. Your ADP must be in your own name, and you get to decide whether you want one case or two.*
*Once you reach the “20K” level, you will be required to have a $200 ADP in place, but until then it’s your choice.
Second, The XanGo Building Blocks
In XanGo, the title of "1K" is the magic ingredient in its compensation plan. Everything about the plan is built on the "1K" principle. And yes , 1K does in fact stand for one thousand ... You reach the hallowed "1K" status when:
Third, How the Plan Pays Out
Everything builds from there, and it's way easy to grasp just HOW. For example: when three of your personally sponsored folks become "1K"s themselves, and your entire group is buying at least $5000 of XanGo products each month, then you become (…we bet you’ll have guessed already…) a "5K." Things progress from there--to "20K," and then on into "Premier" levels where you get to share a piece of the company’s quarterly pie. But the formula is pretty much the same and, believe us, a total "No Brainer" compared with most network marketing compensation plans. The charts below spell out the details on how much you get paid at each level. Plus, as you will see, there is also a "Power Start" bonus on every person you sponsor directly. Look these over, then please, please, please read about STREAMLINING.
In the following chart:
-
Your monthly PV (which stands for "Personal Volume") equals your ADP plus anything else you personally purchase that month.
-
GV stands for "Group Voume" and includes your PV plus all purchases made by your entire group.
Minimum monthly ADP requirements can be purchased as a combination of XanGo juice and XanGo's other nutritional supplements.

Streamlining
The first thing you need to know about our streamlining strategy as a way to structure your network marketing business is that it is completely compatible with our company's compensation plan and is fully legal and sanctioned by that company, XanGo.
The Basic Structure of Streamlining
Streamlining is simple. No matter who on the team signs them up, all new members are placed in one single line, going straight down vertically, instead of being placed side-by-side, "horizontally," on that person's "front line." Therefore a team develops quickly and everyone benefits from the dollar volume it generates. This engenders excitement among the team members, more focus and momentum in business building efforts, higher volume, more and faster rank advancements, long-term stability, and a higher retention of team members. Although this structure does not work well with most pay plans, it works perfectly with XanGo's. Note: it is important to remember that, no matter where new signups are placed in the streamline, they are always counted as one of their sponsor's 1st-Level people.
Conventional versus Streamline Business Models
So how is streamlining different from most other network marketing strategies? Take a look.
Conventional Downline Structure: Here’s how a conventional structure looks in its early days. Each of these people has been signed up in a 1st-Level, or front-line, position by the same person. But they are each all by themselves so each of them alone must build his or her own business and find enough people and sales to qualify for a check. That can be pretty daunting. After all, they're new and they're alone. In this scenario no one is connected to anyone else except their direct sponsor.

Streamline Downline Structure: Here's how a streamlining structure looks. Each of these people has also been signed up in a 1st-Level, front-line position by the same person, but he or she has placed them all in one single line, one under another. Not only are they immediately part of a team, but the dollar volume of each benefits everyone in the line who was signed up before them. In this scenario these people are all connected to each other, and you can bet they are going to progress a lot faster in their business (and have a lot more fun in the process!).

How Streamlining Fits in with XanGo's Compensation Plan
Okay, if you have studied the chart above about how the XanGo pay plan works, you may already be trying to figure out how you can get paid for the volume of this whole long ‘streamline’ of people if the pay plan only pays nine levels “deep.” It’s an excellent question with a clever answer. We have another chart here that we think will help you understand how it works. The XanGo compensation plan, in essence, pays FROM THE BOTTOM UP, so just erase the concept of “deep” for now. Think “up” instead. Read this chart starting at the bottom. We know that’s contrary to how most pay plans work, but the XanGo plan looks straight up from any member’s purchase to find the first nine qualified people for payment, and that’s where the commissions go. Confused? Check out the chart, think it through, it’ll start making sense shortly.

The Gatekeeper
With our Streamlining business model it is very important that there be what’s called a “gatekeeper” to handle all signups for the entire group. This ensures that new members get placed in the appropriate position in the streamline AND that their sponsor gets full credit for them as a 1st-Level member of his or her personal group. The Pajama Mamas will serve in this function for you; you simply need to make sure all your new signups enroll at the No Brainer Networking website through the Join Now feature. Anyone signing up in response to one of your promotional pieces will automatically be linked to you as their sponsor by providing your name when they sign up.
Staying Qualified
So what’s the catch, you ask? There is no catch. As long as you stay "qualified" you will get paid on anyone in the line under you who hasn’t progressed farther than you have. Once you reach the Premier level, THEN it becomes time to start a new streamline, as you can then become blocked by someone in your present line who also reaches the Premier level. But what you want—you really do, guys—is for everyone in the line to grow as fast as they can and become ravingly successful, because that is what makes the line stable and keeps people on the team. You want to see your people making money! Don’t worry about the word “blockage.” It’s a practical consideration that you will understand better as you learn the method, and working with it is part of the big picture that makes this strategy work so well. Remember, the streamlining technique has been proven by some very high-level and successful XanGo representatives. It works!
